許律師具備超過十年以上之法律實務經驗，歷任法院法官助理、地方法院檢察署法警、資料分析師及執業律師。其專業觸角橫跨民事法、刑事法及勞動法，近年致力於性騷擾防治與職場霸凌議題，長期擔任各公私部門機關性騷擾防治及霸凌防治申訴評議委員，亦擔任《兩公約》講師與公會勞動法專業講師，並受聘為法院與地檢署之義務辯護律師，積極參與司法實務。

許律師同時擁有東吳大學法律研究所大陸法組與資料科學研究所雙碩士學歷，融合法律與數據分析背景，致力於實務案件之科學化與量化處理。憑藉嚴謹的邏輯思維與資料分析能力，協助當事人釐清事實、強化證據，並提出有效且精準的訴訟策略，在訴訟與爭議處理領域表現卓越。

Megan Hsu is the managing attorney at Joe Nung International Law Firm with over a decade of legal experience. Her professional background spans across multiple sectors, including serving as a law clerk in court, a judicial policeman at the District Prosecutors Office, a data analyst, and a practicing lawyer. She focuses on civil, criminal, and labor law, and has recently been deeply involved in issues related to sexual harassment and workplace bullying prevention. 

She regularly serves as a grievance review committee member in public agencies, a lecturer on the ICCPR/ICESCR ("Two Covenants"), and a labor law instructor for professional associations. She also serves as court-appointed defense counsel for indigent clients. 

With dual Master’s degrees in Chinese Law and Data Science from Soochow University, Ms.Hsu brings a unique interdisciplinary perspective to legal practice. She applies data-driven and quantitative approaches to case analysis, achieving outstanding results in evidence evaluation and litigation planning. Her integrated expertise enables her to provide clients with precise legal advice and effective dispute resolution strategies.

林顧問擁有超過十五年以上豐富的媒體產業實務經驗，歷任本土知名電視台業務要職，並曾擔任美國第一大媒體公司台灣區業務經理，長期深耕於傳播媒體產業，對於國內外媒體生態、業務運作與產業趨勢有深刻理解。

林顧問多年深耕通訊傳播法律、媒體政策與NCC法規遵循等領域，經常為企業與機關提供政策解析、合規建議及媒體合約審查之專業服務。 

林顧問畢業於國立台灣大學工業工程研究所碩士，具備系統思維與邏輯分析能力，並結合其產業經歷，能以跨域視角為客戶提供精準的法律建議與產業解決方案。目前亦積極參與產業與公益事務，擔任「台大工工所校友會第一屆監事」、「台北市寵物商業同業公會監事」，持續關注產業發展與社會參與，協助企業及個人客戶於複雜多變的法規環境中穩健前行。 

Mr. Willy Lin possesses over fifteen years of extensive practical experience in the media industry. He has held key business positions at renowned local television stations and previously served as the Taiwan Regional Business Manager for the largest media company in the United States. With a long-standing focus on the communications and media sector, he has developed a deep understanding of both domestic and international media ecosystems, business operations, and industry trends. 

For many years, Mr. Lin has been dedicated to the fields of communications and media law, media policy, and regulatory compliance with the National Communications Commission (NCC). He regularly provides professional services to corporations and public institutions, including policy analysis, compliance advice, and media contract review. 

Mr. Lin holds a master’s degree from the Graduate Institute of Industrial Engineering at National Taiwan University. With strong systems thinking and analytical skills, he integrates his industry experience to offer clients precise legal advice and tailored solutions from an interdisciplinary perspective. He is also actively engaged in both industry and public service, serving as the First-Term Supervisor of the NTU Industrial Engineering Alumni Association and a Supervisor of the Taipei City Pet Industry Association. Committed to industry development and social responsibility, he continues to help corporate and individual clients navigate complex and ever-evolving regulatory landscapes with stability and foresight.
